Headquartered in Los Angeles, Silver Scepter is a real estate investment firm. We bring a level of ethics, experience, and expertise in real estate that can always be trusted. And, unlike typical passive investment firms, we pride ourselves in being actively involved with each property owner and each project we undertake all the way from trustworthy advice and field research to property development and project management. Our team members have been in the real estate, investment, and business world for decades. Since opening our doors, we have executed millions of dollars of real estate projects in California with investors, property owners, and other real estate professionals.

Sunny Singh

With over a decade of experience in research, technology, and investing along with successful exits as an entrepreneur in the medical device and cyber-security spaces, Dr. Singh brings a broad set of skills important to Silver Scepter. A scholar at heart and businessman by trade, he combines the two in his endeavors whenever possible. He currently divides his time between managing the real estate projects at Silver Scepter, advising young technology companies, and investing in early-stage startups.

Awani Singh

Mr. Singh’s life is a true “rags to riches” story - starting with almost nothing in his bank account, he bootstrapped his small business into one of the largest IT distribution and retail enterprises in South-East Asia. With over thirty years of experience as a business management executive and dozens of real estate projects under his belt, he brings a level of experience and expertise that Silver Scepter is very humbled to receive. He currently divides his time between working with Silver Scepter, directing operations for his IT enterprise, and managing his real estate portfolio.
